Responsibilities:

    • Handle day-to-day operations related to recruitment: sourcing, filtering, evaluating, interviewing, and arranging interviews.
    • Participate in firm branding initiatives.
    • Represent and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs.
    • Build a high-quality pipeline and attract top candidates.
    • Handle onboarding of new employees.
    • Provide reports\dashboards on recruitment activities timely and accurately.
    • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvements of processes and practices.

Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
    • Fluent in Arabic & English.
    • Preferably certified in SHARM or CIPD (level 3 or 5) or any equivalent certification.
    • Familiar with Recruiting Tools and systems like: LinkedIn, Lever
    • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
    • Excellent document development through MS Office.
    • Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
