Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational goals.
- Develop strategies for continuous professional development and growth within the company.
- Lead initiatives to enhance and sustain a positive workplace culture.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish performance metrics and goals.
- Identify and nurture talent within the organization.
- Implement succession planning and career development programs.
- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on People Success and L&D
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful L&D programs.
- Strong understanding of performance management and talent development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- MBA with a concentration in Human Resources
- Fluent in English
