Responsibilities:

    •  Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational goals.
    • Develop strategies for continuous professional development and growth within the company.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance and sustain a positive workplace culture.
    • Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Oversee and manage performance appraisal processes.
    • Collaborate with department heads to establish performance metrics and goals.
    • Identify and nurture talent within the organization.
    • Implement succession planning and career development programs.
    • Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance HR strategies.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 7-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on People Success and L&D
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful L&D programs.
    • Strong understanding of performance management and talent development.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • MBA with a concentration in Human Resources
    • Fluent in English
