As a Sales Executive at Street Contxt, an 8VC backed company, you will draw upon an impressive foundation of software sales experiences to bring a state of the art, machine learning-enabled marketplace to an industry primed for meaningful disruption. This opportunity is the most senior sales role within the organization and brings with it cross-functional support from across the business, warm introductions through our investor and advisory networks, and the focus of our leadership team. You have big dreams, and we have a team of multidisciplinary experts that are ready to make them a reality.

You are known for your immaculate interpersonal skills, and an energy that's contagious and motivating. You will call upon your background in software sales as you identify prospect needs, and employ solution-based selling techniques to illuminate the value proposition of Street Contxt's products and services. This role will see you performing product demonstrations and presenting proposals to key players on Wall Street and across the global institutional finance industry. You will carry a monthly and quarterly quota, knowing that our product delivery, sales development and marketing groups will pull out all the stops to see you exceed your own expectations.

This role isn't for the faint of heart - while you are supported by a team of Sales Development Representatives and Demand Generation Marketing, you will be always be accountable to your own pipeline and called upon to source new opportunities by following up on inbound leads and outbound cold calls/emails if needed. Your know-how

    • You have 3+ years of experience selling B2B solutions
    • You have a track record of exceeding quota
    • You have experience selling to capital markets clients
    • You're experienced with Salesforce or another comparable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
    • You are an excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
    • You hold a Bachelors degree or possess equivalent experiences
