You will lead a team of enterprise AEs to crush their number(s). This makes you successful. You are motivated to win because you hate losing more than anything else in life. You do what it takes and can operate autonomously, knowing when to rope in executive support to get the job done. Failure is not an option.

What You'll Do:

    • Recruit, develop, and enable a team of experienced enterprise sales executives.
    • Drive performance achievement in your team through mentoring, coaching, strategizing, and application of Force Management principles, Value Framework and MEDDICC
    • Report on the metrics that power your part of the business to the executive team on a weekly basis.
    • Own customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from the first moments of intent through close.   
    • Oversee and cultivate sales through outbound pipeline generation and inbound need qualification.
    • Be fearless, be hungry, and be creative in your approach. We’re a startup, it’s execute or die and we refuse to languish in the middle.

Requirements…

    • Has prior experience building and managing sales teams in enterprise software.
    • Demonstrated success in growing, scaling, hiring, and managing both SDR and AE teams.
    • Past experience in a high-growth VC-based B2B SaaS company.
    • Experience leading or mentoring sales teams plus an additional 5+ years of general sales experience.
    • Is hungry AF :)
    • Demonstrated success in a highly-consultative sales machine.
    • Helps develop career paths for all salespeople to further their professional growth.
    • Gets stuff done, achieving significant results under tight timeframes.  We all pull our own weight here.
    • Metrics and data-driven, with a history of performing above team quota.
    • Is humble - we all make mistakes.  It's how we recover that matters.
    • Must be located on the East Coast of the United States

Compensation…

    • $350K- $400K OTE (50/50 split) + equity
    • Company-sponsored benefits, including:

$350,000 - $400,000 a year
