    • Respond to community inquiries and feedback with empathy and accuracy.
    • Represent SHx at industry meetups, events, and conferences.
    • Design and host virtual events like AMAs, webinars, and token updates.
    • Work closely with marketing and product to surface community insights.
    • Create updates and high-signal messaging tailored to SHx token holders and advocates.
    • Track engagement, sentiment, and report on community health to leadership.
    • Provide regular reports to leadership on community growth, engagement, and sentiment

What We're Looking For

    • 7+ years of experience in community management or a similar role, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or tech startups.
    • Demonstrated success in building and managing online communities.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
    • Must be proficient in prompting AI tools like ChatGPT and/or Claude
    • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and SHx is a strong plus. A deep understanding of online communities and the ability to navigate the complexities of community dynamics.
    • Passion for building inclusive, engaged, and vibrant communities. A proactive, problem-solving approach with an ability to adapt to fast-changing environments. Must have the ability to remain professional and enthusiastic in the face of potential confrontation.
