StructionSite is looking for a curious, positive, high-energy, goal-oriented individual to source prospective accounts through extensive research, and outbound strategies. In addition, you will qualify inbound leads generated from our website, marketing efforts, and conference/tradeshow activities. Tenacity and grit are some of your stronger qualities. This is your chance to make a significant impact at a fast-growing construction technology startup full of fun and driven teammates!
This means that every day, you will:
∙ Make phone calls to targeted leads based on lists that both you and the company generated.
∙ Develop and leverage outbound email campaigns designed to identify possible leads and future customers.
∙ Use the appropriate social media and professional network platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Industry Forums to identify lead possibilities.
∙ Be the first person customers will interact with and help them through our customer journey.

Our experience shows that to be successful in this position, you’ll need to hit these daily and weekly targets:
∙ Approximately 100 account touches per week by way of phone, email, LinkedIn, video, content or pies.
∙ Set fifteen (15) qualification meetings per week.
∙ Maintain a 99% no-defect rate on emails, grammar, and Outreach campaigns.
∙ Adhere to all “no-spam” requirements as required by state, national and international law.

What you have: 

∙ You have a positive attitude, love to learn and love to teach
∙ You have experience as a sales development or business development representative. Preferably in software, but all are welcome to apply
∙ Strong social and interpersonal skills
∙ An urge to reach out and make new friends
∙ A preference for asking questions and listening to answers before you speak
∙ A desire to tackle problems
∙ An eagerness to learn new things and help others do the same
∙ An ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
∙ Technical curiosity and aptitude
∙ A nuanced approach to communicating with folks in various roles
