(ii) lead the implementation of what has been designed.

You will join the Strategy & planning team and will report to Marie-Joe Salloum based in London, Head of Value Creation.

What will I be doing? 🤔
- Lead and/or support global value creation projects, in general but not limited to topics identified by EXCO as revenue-generating projects (example of topics prioritised at this stage are SLO definition and SLA standardisation)
- Support the definition and implementation of Stuart’s approach to service level objective setting across all client tiers and across all countries, in both high and low density areas
- Lead the standardisation of the SLA project across all markets, with the aim to provide a standardised “catalog” mainly to commercial teams and define a governance framework for the escalation of exceptional cases which are not in line with the standards defined
- For all these projects, lead the assessment phase to define the Target model for Stuart (i.e. alignment on the end solution Stuart wants to achieve) and then lead the implementation of such target to make it happen
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and functions (Tech, Commercial, Operations) by setting the right project management structure, depending on the project and topic
Act as the link between all stakeholders involved and as the POC for Stuart on these projects.
- Track the value / performance of such initiatives and amend accordingly

What do we need from you? 😎
- 5+ years of experience with commercial projects, project management or program management prior roles or prior consulting experience.
- Ability to think strategically to solve complex problems.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across markets and functions.
- Effective leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive impact and embark a cross-functional team on the journey.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary.
- Attitude: flexibility, open for new challenges, comfortable with change and navigating ambiguity.
- Previous exposure to commercial and SLA is a big plus.
- Fluency in English required.
