We are currently looking for our next Account Manager for the Polish market ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ This role will be based in Warsaw, but occasional traveling may be required. We are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, an analytical mindset and is great at stakeholder management. You are someone whoโ€™s excited about working in such a disruptive and hot industry, and you know how to build relationships and navigate within the B2B sales cycle- Stuart is the place for you! ๐Ÿฅ‡ As one of the initial members of the commercial team, you will be a true asset for our expansion and for making Stuart the next big thing in Poland! ๐Ÿš€
You will be reporting directly to the General Manager Poland - Agnieszka ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ and collaborate a lot with Global Commercial Teams, Tech, and Operations.

What will I be doing? ๐Ÿค”

    • Managing and building long-term relationships with our top clients. Sounds exciting, right? ๐Ÿฆ„
    • Creating, managing, and implementing growth strategies for your key accounts, having a real impact in Poland!
    • Perform the business development efforts to identify, target, and acquire new partners in the food and grocery segment in Poland.
    • Collaborating across teams to better focus client-facing efforts, taking the initiative to identify issues and find solutions.
    • Identify churn risks within your portfolio and implement action plans to mitigate them.
    • Building deep and ongoing relationships with key decision-makers including Operations Managers, Business Owners, and Ecommerce leads.
    • Building and delivering compelling demonstrations, presentations, and pitches ๐Ÿ’ฌ
    • Possessing a consultative approach: understanding both clients' and potential clientsโ€™ needs and pains, and how to help them in the best way possible with our offering.

What do we need from you? ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    • 5+ years of experience with a mixed background in client-facing Sales and Operational roles.
    • Passionate about learning and exceeding clients' expectations in a fast-paced environment ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ
    • Solutions-oriented, always look for innovative ways to make things work rather than reasons why something wonโ€™t work.
    • Interpersonal skills - communication ๐Ÿ’ญ, sharing, and active listening are key for you to deeply understand the client needs.
    • Experience managing different projects with multiple stakeholders from different teams.
    • Analytical mindset - you feel confident with numbers and use data to inform decisions.
    • You want to be a master ๐ŸŒ  in your industry and know the product and your clients from top to bottom
    • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce is a strong asset
