As part of the IT Support team, this role provides IT technical assistance and support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues, reviewing application access, and assisting in other aspects from front desk and escalating complex cases to seniors to their specialists.
It also collaborates with the rest of the IT area on shared security functions and the implementation of certain projects.

What will I be doing? ๐Ÿค”

    • Responsibilities:

    • End-User Support:
    • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems remotely or in person.

    • Hardware and Software Maintenance:
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
    • Perform hardware upgrades and software updates as needed.

    • User Account Management:
    • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts.
    • Manage access permissions and security settings.

    • Network Troubleshooting:
    • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
    • Assist in the setup and configuration of network devices.

    • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
    • Create user guides and knowledge base articles.

    • Remote Assistance:
    • Provide remote support to users working in different locations.
    • Utilize remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

    • IT Asset Management:
    • Keep track of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
    • Assist in the inventory management of hardware and software.

What do we need from you? ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    • Associate degree and/or certifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
    • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
    • Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting.
    • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
    • Basic understanding of networking concepts.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
    • Familiarity with remote support tools.
    • Fluent in English and ability to communicate in Polish would be appreciated.
