- Champion the transformation of internal Finance processes (Accounting, Procurement, FP&A, Controlling).
What do we need from you? 😎
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or strategic finance within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and challenge senior leadership across multiple functions.
- Clear, structured English communication style; able to simplify complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences.
- Ability to extract meaningful information from large datasets; SQL knowledge and BI Tools (PowerBI / Tableau) experience highly preferred.
- Proven financial modeling skills, with hands-on experience using dedicated FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment, Causal).
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality outputs on tight deadlines.
