What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a Coordinator, Podcast Network to undertake a variety of general coordinating duties to improve our strategy.  Candidate will report to the director of the Studio71 Podcast network. Strong candidates will have previous experience and training in a fast-paced, high volume atmosphere. We are looking for career-driven individuals who understand process and show signs for quick growth within the company as this position offers ample opportunities.

Responsibilities

    • Acting as first point of contact for the director of the podcast network, managing scheduling, communication, and travel 
    • Update paperwork, maintain excel spreadsheets, word processing
    • Create and edit presentations, documents and reports by collecting and analyzing information
    • Attend meetings upon request by team to take action notes and follow-up on action items.
    • Lead or participate on project teams related to a range of operational matters
    • Manage expense reports as needed (ranges from KPIs to personal expenses)
    • Occasional accounting and tracking revenues for podcasts, as well as coordinating payments to podcast talent while accurately tracking invoices
    • Developing and maintaining quality relationships with ad agencies as well as in-network talent
    • Keeping track of new show launches, updating the pipeline, as well as current podcasts
    • General assistant/coordinating duties (phones, scheduling, etc.)

Requirements

    • 1-2 years experience at a talent agency or management company
    • BA/BS degree from an accredited university 
    • Must demonstrate a passion for digital media and entertainment 
    • Must be able to work without being micro-managed (self-sufficiency is key)

Preferred Qualifications

    • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask and keep detailed records on correspondences
    • Proficiency in Excel
    • Self-starter attitude
    • Passion for Podcasts and audio storytelling
