Studio71 is one of the world’s largest producers and distributors of social video.
The Integrated Marketing Manager is a crucial member of the Brand Partnerships team. The IM team works closely with the Sales Directors and Account Managers to lead the pre-sale process, including RFP response, building and maintaining of collateral, as well as handling day-to-day marketing operations. This is a highly visible client service role that requires a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to creative strategy and a keen aptitude for following and predicting changes in the social landscape. A successful Integrated Marketing Manager should have a passion for strategic problem solving, a strong understanding of creative storytelling, and a dedication to white-glove service.
·      Own the RFP response process by strategically leveraging the full scope of Studio71’s offerings and capabilities to competitively address client objectives
o   Identify client KPIs and translate into actionable, measurable objectives
o   Develop client-specific social content/distribution/audience strategy across all major social platforms
o   Effectively manage pricing and packaging to ensure proposals are robust and competitive, yet efficient and profitable
o   Partner with internal (Sales, Account Management, Distribution, Production, Talent) and external (ad agency, client direct, 3rd party vendors) stakeholders to craft thoughtful, compelling proposals
·      Support Studio71’s competitive in-market point of view by developing and maintaining all go-to-market materials
o   Provide thought-leadership by ensuring our collateral is regularly updated to reflect the newest digital and cultural trends, social platforms, technologies and best practices
o   Create compelling case studies by leveraging successful campaign performance data
·      Facilitate cross-functionally effective day-to-day marketing operations
o   Submit weekly and monthly project status reports
o   Collaborate with team members during brainstorms to ensure brand solutions are on strategy and within S71 best practices
o   Collaborate with Talent team leaders to proactively identify, track and pitch authentic partnership opportunities
o   Utilize social listening services and basic research resources to support development/ execution of proposals, social strategy/content and reports/whitepapers
·       BA or other relevant advanced degree
·       3+ years of experience in integrated/brand marketing, creative/social strategy, or other relevant field
·       High proficiency in Powerpoint/Keynote, Word, Excel and Salesforce
·       You can effectively prioritize and multi-task competing projects and deadlines
·       Proven ability to articulate the scope of a client’s business challenge and translate data and objectives into well-articulated, actionable ideas
·       Comfortable in a fast-paced environment in a constantly evolving industry
·       Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and present orally or in writing in an articulate and confident manner
·       Passionate about all things social, including platforms, influencers, content, etc.
·       Extremely detail-oriented with a “no-task is too small” attitude
