What We're Looking For
Studio71 Canada is looking for an Account Manager with a strong passion for digital advertising. A successful candidate will take a detail-oriented approach, have an exceptional ability to multi-task, and be a self-starter that gets the job done with a positive attitude. Extreme organization and proactivity are key qualities we are looking for in this candidate. This person is confident to speak up, contribute ideas and challenge others. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is very passionate about the YouTube platform but also social media in general. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited to make a large impact in a small team! This role works out of Toronto (remote) and is part of the broader Sales and Brand Partnerships team with core responsibilities to our Canadian business operations.
 
You’ll support our Account Executives with both sales and execution of our client’s digital media campaigns. You will work cross-functionally to ensure a project’s success from start to finish, which includes:working with Ad Operations, talent sourcing and relationship building, managing paperwork contracts, communication with production team, campaign optimization and analysis, post-reporting, and more.
 
Your responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Participate in client pitches (led by Account Executive) and lead the execution of sold-through campaigns
- Establish relationships with and manage communication with all internal departments (ie. Ad Operations, Legal, Talent, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
- Operate as the internal point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned campaigns
- Understand client objectives to achieve goals and milestones throughout execution of your assigned campaigns
- Occasionally lead client communications on a case-by-case basis
- General team support with specific administrative duties to the Senior Account Manager
- Secondarily, ability to help source new business.
- Approximately 80% digital media campaigns and 20% custom content campaigns (subject to change)

Digital Media Example Responsibilities
- Understanding client brief and applying to Studio71 product offering
- Manage inventory requests and bookings with Ad Operations
- Analyze and bring campaign data to life visually for pitch decks, case studies and wrap reports
- Manage and deliver on daily/weekly/monthly reporting requests
- Recommend strategic changes to the campaign
- Ensure 100% delivery on all assigned campaigns through constant pacing monitoring

Custom Content Example Responsibilities
- Sourcing talent/influencers/creators for client campaigns
- Creating work back schedules to ensure campaign deliverables are on time and within budget
- Owning the campaign budget and maximizing office profitability
- Managing talent & partners to ensure that campaign deliverables are met on time and on brief
- Executing and launching paid media tactics in conjunction with custom content creation
- Ability to analyze and bring data to life visually for pitch decks, case studies and wrap reports
- Analyze data and recommended strategic changes to the campaign
 
What you’ll have (qualifications/requirements):
- Completion of a post-secondary education program, ideally in a Marketing/Advertising or similar program
- Strong passion for YouTube (primarily) and social media
- 1-2 years of project/campaign management experience
- A successful track record of executing multiple high-value projects
- Exceptional communication skills (in-person, email, over the phone, etc.)
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), and experience using Mac OS

Nice-to-Haves:
- Hands-on experience with Google’s advertising suite (Google Ads, DV360, Google Ads Manager)
- Working experience on Salesforce
- Experience tracking, monitoring, and optimizing digital media campaigns
- Experience with negotiating and communicating with talent/influencers/creators
- Experience building reporting dashboards and templates
- Managing business/creator social media accounts
- Past extra-curricular/volunteer work related to the industry or this role
- Bilingual in English and French
