 Position Summary: 
Reporting to the SVP, Business Development the role of Business Development Associate
will support all aspects of Studio71’s Business Development, content and Content Licensing
initiatives. You will organize a variety of operational and content deliverables across a
growing team, along with coordinating various aspects of talent and content curation
process with the intent to maximize audience growth on social video platforms. You will also
have the opportunity to help with programming strategy on Studio71’s channels across
social video and distribution platform partners such as Snap, Roku, Pluto, Facebook, and
have visibility into all aspects of the Business Development process.
  
Responsibilities: 
- The position is located in our LA office 
- Coordinate Studio71’s talent partnership with Snap, Facebook, TikTok, and others
- Curate talent and content across Studio71’s portfolio according to shared guidelines and
platform specifications   
- Prepare and review content for said platforms (including working with S71 internal teams
for the design and organization of artwork, metadata, and uploading of assets)
- Becoming an expert on Studio71’s Talent roster and content      
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of content pipelines and working cross-
functionally across departments and some 3rd party service providers to ensure timeliness
and high-quality deliverables 
- Aggregate and review reporting metrics across platforms to advise team on content
planning 
- Create and edit presentations, documents and reports by collecting and analyzing
information for executive team
- Work with internal team to ideate campaign strategy for Studio71 clients
  
Qualifications: 
- 1+ years relevant work experience 
- Must be a detail-oriented self-starter with the desire to learn about digital media
distribution 
- Must be able to multitask and take ownership of projects independently 
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to analyze issues, create appropriate tactical plans
and generate financial analyses 
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong client relations skills and email etiquette
- Social media savvy with a clear understanding of trends and platform functionality
-Knowledge of the Snap and tiktok platforms (user and backend)
