Position Summary: 
Studio71 seeks an associate to join the ranks alongside the Vice President of Talent Relations and Partnerships with all matters relating to Facebook and YouTube recruitment. ​This role is a highly driver and charismatic individual that understands how to close talent, scale and maintain a pipeline and has experience working with creators on YouTube and Facebook. Job responsibilities include talent auditing, call scheduling, contract drafting, cross-departmental collaboration, pipeline management and more. 
What You’ll Get To Do: 
Conduct top tier conversations with some of the largest and emerging creator businesses in North America and learn how to negotiate with managers, agents, lawyers, and internal executives. 
Review creators from an analytical and creative standpoint to qualify their potential for our Facebook and YouTube business models. 
Write compelling messaging and work on marketing materials to help scale and illustrate our efforts for Facebook and YouTube. 
Schedule meetings and handle confidential documents with top-tier talent.  
Use your knowledge of the creator economy ti assist with projects across Studio71’s business models: YouTube Advertising, Facebook Monetization, Snap, Podcasts, Brand Integrations, OTT and more. 
Apply your experience in talent negotiations and continue to develop and retain relationships with talent, mangers, agents, lawyers, and other leading digital entertainment executives. 
Scale our pipeline using our email software to ignite our Facebook and YouTube talent pipeline. 
About You: 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Passion for and knowledge of the digital space (YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, Tumblr, 
Pinterest, Twitter and Facebook) 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) 
Great research skills and pitch skills. You’re a closer.
Able to process a lot of data information and be able to report on time. 
Listen to instruction and commit to teachings. 
High energy, excited and a hustler. 
Understand the YouTube and Digital Entertainment industry.

BA/BS degree from an accredited university and/or applicable experience in the industry.
