You will:

-Design, execute and measure innovative marketing campaigns to bolster the Subject brand
-Collaborate with internal creative and media teams to build thoughtful campaigns that generate B2B leads, engage existing learners and drive B2C user sign-ups
-Manage omni-channel strategy that includes: paid social, email, SMS, events, referrals, retention and moreIdentify new opportunities and channels aligned with business priorities, and ideate campaigns to launch within them
-Revamp and manage our organic social channels, including our existing social media contributors
-Manage Subject’s google analytic tracking platform to create weekly overviews of ad spend traction

You have:

-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or adjacent field 3-5 years of experience in marketing ideally in a fast paced industry
-Strong preference for the technology industry, with a passion for education
-Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with ability to engage audience and obsessive attention to detail
-Deep affinity for brand identity, design, and visuals
-A willingness to get your hands dirty and an enthusiasm for being an early member of a growing team within a fast-paced startup environment
-Proficient in Google Suite and modern business tools, communication tools, presentation tools for virtual teams (Zoom, Google Meet)
