You Will:

    • Lead the sales team to $10M+ in sales by end of Q3 2023
    • Lead Sales forecasting and execute with a 90% accuracy rate
    • Lead all revenue facing functions of the business including Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and MarketingBe part of the Executive Leadership team, currently the top 4 ranking officers at the company including the Co-Founders
    • Work in collaboration with the GTM, Operations, and Product teams to drive profitable customer growth and align on company priorities and initiatives
    • Build / maintain strong partnerships with key partnership accounts
    • Travel regularly to partner schools, conferences, and remote offices will be required
    • You have7+ Years sales management with experience growing a large business across multiple channels.Strong communication skills and the ability to present clearly and effectively.Ability to think strategically short and long-term in alignment with brand growth and distribution plans.
