As a Sales Operations Manager at SugarCRM, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales organization. Acting as a strategic partner to both the sales and leadership teams, you will be responsible foroptimizing sales processes, uncovering insights through data analysis, and improving the operational backbone that supports our go-to-market efforts. This role is key to enabling data-driven decision-making, accelerating revenue growth, and ensuring seamless execution of our sales strategy. 

*This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Denver, Colorado location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.*

Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline end-to-end sales operations to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. 
    • Operational Support: Identify and resolve operational challenges faced by the sales team through proactive problem-solving and process enhancement. 
    • Revenue Enablement: Pinpoint revenue growth opportunities and implement data-backed strategies to drive profitability. 
    • Sales Forecasting: Support the sales forecasting process by maintaining accurate pipeline data, validating forecast inputs, and providing reporting and insights to help guide sales leadership decisions. 
    • Policy Compliance: Oversee adherence to pricing and discounting policies, ensuring consistent governance and control. 
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on goals, dependencies, and execution plans. 
    • Data & Systems Management: 
    • Maintain data hygiene and system accuracy across platforms, including CRM and BI tools. 
    • Administer and update Business Insights leaderboards, quota assignments, and partner revenue analysis reports. 
    • Support CRM usage, including troubleshooting, user management, and best practice enforcement. 
    • Log and manage reseller certifications and account holdovers. 
    • Tool Optimization: Ensure sales tools and platforms are effectively supporting business processes; suggest and implement improvements as needed. 
    • Knowledge Management: Organize and maintain internal documentation, including sales-related SharePoint sites and resources. 

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, preferably in the software or SaaS industry. 
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. 
    • Advanced Proficiency in CRM systems
    • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data management and reporting tools. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. 
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Experience in process improvement and systems optimization. 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with partner/re-seller models and certification tracking. 
    • Background in data visualization or business intelligence tools. 
    • Proven experience in database management, analytics, and reporting. 
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools. 
$100,000 - $115,000 a year
Expected salary range, depending on experience.
