As a Test Engineer in our Solihull office, you’ll part of a dynamic team of QA testers forming a vital part of our testing effort. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that the Test Engineer has previous experience of working with browser, mobile, and QA automation tools.

**This role is hybrid, with the expectation of working in our Solihull, U.K. office 3 days per week.**

Key Result Areas

    • Working closely with the Development Team to enhance processes on an ongoing basis and drive best practice within the Test team.
    • Facilitating and unblock any issues within QA for the development teams, improve, innovate and lead QA and Testing methods within an agile environment.
    • Working with the Management team to identify and drive improvements to the test processes and deliverables.

Responsibilities & duties:

    • Working with your peers to implement and lead the QA and testing policy, strategy, and roadmap - which includes System Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test and Quality Assurance for all our applications, platforms and integrations.
    • Ensure the quality of our web, mobile and API software.
    • Continue to increase automation coverage of our application, platform and integrations to reduce the volume of manual testing.
    • Design, enhance and build out end to end and performance test automation.
    • Identify new KPI’s to aid the improvement of quality.
    • 3-4 years of previous experience
£45,000 - £50,000 a year
