About the Role
The Director, Field Marketing AMERS is responsible for all new business marketing activities designed to support our direct sales team. This is an ideal role for a motivated marketing leader with 7-10 years of field marketing experience within a B2B software environment, with a focus on building qualified pipeline for regional sales teams. We are looking for someone who combines creativity with pragmatism, is obsessed with understanding what makes our ideal customer tick, enjoys working closely with sales to deliver tangible results and who wants to channel their skills/experience into making a real difference.
**This role is considered HYBRID (in-office 2-3 days per week) for candidates located in DENVER**
Impact you will make in the role:
- Create, own and execute high impact regional marketing plans, and GTM industry focused strategies, that build pipeline within our ICP, generate revenue, and align with the strategic and tactical business objectives.
- Drive the ROI of activities, tracking and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative metrics to determine impact, using findings to develop and fine-tune plans, and presenting plans and ROI metrics to marketing leadership and local sales teams.
- Collaborate and build a strong working relationship with Sales/Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Business Development teams to determine direct lead generation strategies.
What you will bring:
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with familiarity in ABM strategies/execution, capturing unseen buyer intent and demand, and collaborating with sales/BDR/marketing/channel partners. 2-5 years of experience leading a marketing team/contractors/agencies.
- Experience designing, planning, and hands-on execution of a regional marketing strategy, with success measured as ownership and achievement of pipeline/revenue targets.
- Past success driving demand, leading cross-functional relationships across varying levels, crafting strong impact on the business from events and campaigns, and managing a regional budget.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms leveraged in B2B field marketing, with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
$130,000 - $175,000 a year
