Where You Fit In

We’re looking for a dynamic and resourceful Sr. Product Trainer to join our Customer Enablement team. In this role, you’ll split your time between delivering engaging, live training experiences and developing scalable, on-demand learning content. 
You’ll serve as a trusted guide for customers, helping them adopt our platform with confidence through webinars, virtual meet-ups, and self-paced training resources. You’ll also contribute directly to course development, video production, and content updates to ensure our learning programs are effective, engaging, and aligned with evolving customer needs. 

This is an ideal role for someone with experience in both facilitating live product training and creating educational content, who’s looking to take on more ownership and impact in a growing enablement team. 

You’ll be the voice and face of our product learning experience, helping customers succeed from day one while building resources that scale your impact across our entire user base. This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Denver, CO location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Impact You Will Make in the Role:

    • Live Training & Enablement (30%) 
    • Lead live virtual sessions for customer onboarding, advanced training, and feature adoption. 
    • Facilitate a regular cadence of webinars to support both new and existing customers. 
    • Customize and adapt delivery based on audience type, use case, or industry. 
    • Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to align training with customer lifecycle needs. 
    • Serve as a product expert and enthusiastic brand advocate during all live interactions. 
    • Content Development (70%) 
    • Develop and maintain a variety of training materials: slide decks, scripts, short videos, guides, and eLearning modules. 
    • Record short-form videos and product walkthroughs using screen capture and editing tools.  
    • Update existing resources to reflect product changes and user feedback. 
    • Contribute to in-app guidance, certification tracks, and learning paths as needed. 

What You Will Bring in

    • 5-8 years of experience in customer training, education, instructional design, or related field. 
    • Experience delivering live virtual training via platforms like Zoom or GoToWebinar. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for simplifying complex topics. 
    • Working knowledge of content development tools such as Camtasia or equivalent. 
    • Ability to manage multiple training and content projects simultaneously. 
    • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and engagement. 

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms. 
    • Familiarity with digital adoption platforms (e.g., Pendo, WalkMe). 
    • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, etc.). 
    • Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content. 
$100,000 - $125,000 a year
