Where Do You Fit?

As the APAC Field Marketing Manager,you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand, accelerating pipeline, and increasing brand awareness for both new business and customer growth. This role works closely with sales, regional leadership, and the global marketing team to deliver impactful, localized campaigns that resonate with the APAC market.This role will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, and establish best practices. 

**This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Sydney location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 3 days per week**

Impact You Will Make in the Role:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for the APAC region that aligns with global marketing priorities and sales objectives, ensuring regional nuance and effectiveness. 
    • Design and implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the buyer journey - including in-person and virtual events, webinars, digital outreach, and account-based marketing (ABM) - tailored to regional dynamics and personas. 
    • Act as a strategic partner to the APAC sales team, working hand-in-hand to accelerate pipeline creation, improve conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets. 
    • Localize and adapt global marketing campaigns to reflect the unique cultural, linguistic, and commercial characteristics of diverse APAC markets, ensuring relevance and resonance. 
    • Own the planning and execution of regional events, including industry trade shows, customer roadshows & roundtables, partner activations, and executive briefings, with a focus on driving engagement and influence. 
    • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI, using data insights to continually refine tactics and enhance marketing effectiveness across the region. 
    • Manage regional marketing budgets with discipline and foresight, ensuring optimal resource allocation to high-impact activities and strategic priorities. 
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with global stakeholders, including product marketing, digital/demand generation, and partner marketing teams, to ensure alignment and knowledge-sharing across programs and geographies. 

What You Will Bring:

    • 8+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology, with a strong APAC & ANZ focus. 
    • Proven ability to manage teams or collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders. 
    • Strong track record of aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives. 
    • Deep understanding of APAC market nuances and business practices. 
    • Proven ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, from concept through execution 
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance metrics and optimize accordingly 
    • Exceptional attention to detail with a consistent track record of accuracy in project planning and execution 
    • Strategic thinker and natural problem-solver who can navigate both tactical execution and big-picture alignment 
    • Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments 
    • Collaborative, high-energy team player with a growth mindset and ability to adapt quickly 
    • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for in-person events and key meetings 
$255,350 - $262,611 a year
