Summersalt is looking for an Analytics Intern to support our team’s various data projects that span across the organization. The Analytics Intern will work closely with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Data Science.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

    • Collaborate on advanced analytics projects, providing insights and recommendations to drive revenue and/or optimize operating and marketing costs.
    • Search for opportunities to increase efficiency in our data pipeline and data modeling layer.
    • Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor functional area performance and proactively detect changes in weekly performance.
    • Work with end users of data products to identify potential projects to facilitate better data usage and understanding.

ABOUT YOU:

    • Rising junior or senior, studying data analytics, information systems, computer science, or other related field.
    • Basic knowledge of querying or statistical languages (SQL, Python, etc).
    • Experience with data visualization.
    • Desire to collaborate.
    • Ability to learn quickly and juggle multiple projects.
    • Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing a plus.
