In this Director of Proactive Security role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of security engineers who work alongside our development teams to deliver innovative and secure energy solutions. You will also be responsible for setting and implementing the strategic direction for our application security program. A passion for renewable energy is a plus (if not, we’ll inspire you).

We invest in our team with particular attention to high standards, career growth for our team members, maintaining an inclusive environment, and building a diverse team. Finally, we are looking for a leader who knows how to build a sustainable organization: you will have our support to maintain a healthy balance between your work and your personal life, and model that for your team.
Why SunPower? Whether you like interesting security, technology, renewable energy, or working with smart, fun people, we have you covered.
