Role:
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the Inventory & Replenishment Analyst monitors and maintains inventory of finished goods needed to fulfill forecasted sales and scheduled distribution plans. Coordinates order requirements to the production departments and provides visibility on the inventory position across all the primary sites. The position generates replenishment, inventory, and production reports, to support or initiate actions and adjustments.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates product allocation and determines order fulfillment for our customers, both internal and external.
- Responsible for timely communication with CSRs.
- Responsible for network allocation and visibility.
- Ensures accuracy of production reports.
- Prepare production reports as required.
- Prepares Replenishment / Inventory and Production reports for Senior Management.
- Prepares order balance requirements and reconciles the inter-company order shipments.
- Works directly with departments leads to ensure customer order fulfillment.
- Tracks production of specified customers.
- Sources inventory reports from multiple warehouses and consolidates in one report.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain logistics, data analytics or similar experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Experience with warehouse management and inventory systems is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical and data entry skills.
- Strong skills on Microsoft Excel.
- Data base / Power BI.
$65,000 - $72,000 a year
