This position entails several essential responsibilities. Must be experienced with the disassembly, inspection, reassembly, and testing of motors, servo motors, and pumps. Additional experience with feedback devices and motor drives preferred. This position will require the candidate to possess strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting abilities, familiar with the operation of test equipment used in the inspection and repair process. Must have own tools, be well versed in computer use and possess effective communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment as well as alone.

· Disassembly, cleaning, inspection, evaluation, final assembly and final testing of repair parts.

· Prepare failure analysis report for each component assembly; prepare test report once final testing is complete.

· Assist in researching parts and suppliers.

· Assist in identifying and maintaining spare parts inventory to meet the customer’s needs. Ensure all repaired items are inventoried and stored properly.

· All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as required.

 

· 3 years work experience is preferred

· Read and follow assembly drawings

· Detail oriented

· Familiarity of industrial control languages is a plus

· Effective communication skills both written and oral

· Able to work individually as well as part of a team

· No lifting restrictions
