Primary objective of this position is to provide technical services to our customers. This includes building, converting and repairing hydraulic components.
The duties that are included in this position are:
Repair, convert, assemble all types of hydraulic components. Are most common components are Danfoss piston pumps/motors, Parker Gear Motors, and Amca proportional valves.
Test hydraulic components on test stand.
Assemble and test power units.
Troubleshooting of mobile and industrial hydraulic systems
The following of all prescribed company procedures, including the handling of paperwork and invoicing.
Asist in ensuring we have equate inventory by providing recommendations of what parts should be stocked to ensure we responsive to our customers.
Assist in properly maintaining and operating the companies shop assets including test bench, cranes, trucks, etc.
Look for ways make our service department more efficient.
Assist in yearend inventory as required.
Stay current on our products as well as our competitors’ products and technology.
Double check that coding provided by the sales team is correct.
Assist in utilizing deadstock inventory during conversions or other opportunities.
Constantly keep up with technology and brands in the industry.
You will be given 4hrs per month during business hours to participate in company approved courses to improve your industry knowledge and or knowledge to advance you in your career. You will be expected to actively participate 4 hrs per quarter after hours as well in
