Essential Functions
· Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory
· Pick, pack, and ship customer orders timely and precisely
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
· Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
· Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided)
· Load and unload trucks and deliveries
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
· Process orders, returns, and exchanges using Epicor Prophet 21 ERP
· Research and resolve order/delivery issues professionally
· Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer needs
· Collaborate with the customer service representatives at other locations to cover vacations, illnesses, or any other temporary absences
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous warehouse operations or customer service experience preferred
· ERP experience (Epicor Prophet 21 preferred)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Computer literate—comfortable with inventory/shipping systems
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
· Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain
