Act as a liaison between the shop and our customers in the service department. This will be accomplished through day-to-day coordination of repairs and quote.

1.Income Service Work

Tag incoming estimates/repairs.

Insure that incoming estimates are looked at within a 24hr period. 

Prepare a quote to the customer based on the recommendations of the technician.

Contact the customer in a timely fashion with price and delivery.

Process the job when given the go ahead and ensure it gets repaired in a timely fashion.

Follow-up with the customer if no response is given.

Follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the service.

Setup and maintain an filling/tracking system to allow anyone to easily find the status of any on job at anyone time.

Keep the service shelves clean, organized, and up-to-date

2.Purchasing

Purchase parts required for a repairs, new units, and or conversions.

Purchase shop supplies that have been approved by the Shop Manager and or the Branch Manager.

3.General

Have a clear understanding of P21’s Service and Production Order modules. 

Assist the Shop Manager and Lead Hand in ensuring that service work gets done in a timely manner.

Assist in making sure we have a safe working environment.

Assist in answering the phones when needed.

Assist general office tasks when needed.

Assist in inventory control methods such as random counts.

Assist in the shop when needed to pick parts, work on the bench, and ship goods, etc.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and fellow employees.

Keep your work area as well as the shop clean and organized.

Constantly keep up with technology and brands in the industry.

You will be given 4hrs per month during business hours to participate in company approved courses to improve your industry knowledge and or knowledge to advance you in your career. You will be expected to actively participate 4 hrs per quarter after hours as well in training.
