About this role

Join us as a Reputation & Community Engagement Specialist. You’ll own reputation and community management across Reddit, review platforms, social channels, and public forums, ensuring Super.com’s voice is consistent, authentic, and trusted wherever customers engage with us. Your work will be both reactive (responding to high-impact reviews and mentions quickly and effectively) and proactive (shaping narratives, building credibility assets, and creating outreach programs).

This is a hands-on role that blends community moderation, review management, and narrative control. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Social Media, and Product teams, ensuring every public touchpoint reflects trust and transparency. You’ll be part of a mission-aligned team with specific goals and a strong focus on initiatives that carry high visibility across the company.

Your mission: turn every review, comment, and community thread into an opportunity to build trust and influence the conversation, making Super.com a brand that customers see as reliable, credible, and customer-first.

Challenges you’ll solve

    • Community Moderation
    • - Own moderation and engagement on Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring tone and narrative are consistent and proactive.
      - Build credibility and trust in communities by engaging authentically, resolving misinformation, and highlighting customer wins.
      - Lead proactive moderation on ad comments to prevent sentiment erosion.

    • Review Oversight
    • - Oversee and audit agent responses across public review sites, holding teams accountable to quality, consistency, and SLAs.
      - Measure efficiency and effectiveness of review handling, tracking sentiment, volume, and response performance.
      - Report insights and risks to leadership, shaping improvements that protect and strengthen our public reputation.

    • Campaigns & Collaboration
    • - Lead campaigns that showcase reviews and credibility assets.
      - Partner with Social Media to repurpose positive reviews and strengthen brand presence.

    • Data & Reporting
    • - Consolidate review and community data into clear insights.
      - Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities to inform cross-team strategies.

About You

    • 2–4 years of experience in community moderation, online reputation management, or digital brand engagement.
    • Strong familiarity with platforms like Trustpilot, App/Play Stores, and social media moderation environments. Proven expertise in Reddit, with a deep understanding of the platform’s culture, rules, and subcommunity dynamics, and direct experience moderating or actively engaging on the platform.
    • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt voice to align with brand tone while engaging authentically.
    • Comfortable escalating critical insights cross-functionally and managing multiple channels simultaneously.
    • Data-driven mindset: ability to track, interpret, and report on sentiment and engagement trends.

Bonus Points

    • Experience in fintech, travel, or SaaS industries.
    • Proven success in reducing negative sentiment or driving positive review acquisition.
    • Familiarity with tools for sentiment analysis, review monitoring, or social listening.
    • Background in campaign execution or lifecycle marketing.
