    • Regularly communicate with the leadership team to flag any issues that come up before they become major problems.

    • Follow the 80/20 rule - Do effective work that aims to provide the most value to the customer: 80% of the gains often comes from 20% of the work.
    • Avoid spending your valuable time on work that doesn't result in the most value for our customers.

    • High empathy for fellow team members - Consider team member's situations when collaborating with them.
    • Understand engineering constraints and levels of difficulty when evaluating design options; consult engineering to figure out 80/20 wins for both design and engineering.
    • Sometimes, we will need to take a shortcut or two to get a feature out. This is fine (and expected), however, we should make sure make time to go back and clean things up later on.

    • Build reusable and scalable processes - Produce work that others can collaborate with you on and understand what you are accomplishing in an asynchronous manner.
    • If a new product designer joined the team, would they be able to understand the design process at Supermove and get started quickly?
    • If you were to re-join the company 1 year from now, would you have an enjoyable experience iterating on existing designs?

    • Produce high-quality work
