As a Junior Recruiting Associate in the EMEA region, you will be responsible for supporting the people and talent team in identifying and attracting top talent to join our company in EMEA. You will collaborate with hiring managers, conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and help manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional recruitment process. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to start a career in recruiting and administration. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Generalist and assisting with various HR tasks such as onboarding and offboarding, HRIS maintenance, and administration. The candidate will also contribute to other projects as needed by HR Generalists. This is a temporary position (6 months) with a very high chance of extension.
What you’ll do:
- Support the talent team in identifying and sourcing top talent for various positions across the EMEA region.
- Support the people team with various day-to-day administration tasks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and help create job descriptions and postings.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess candidate qualifications based on position requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Help manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
- Assist in creating and implementing recruitment strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR administration, preferably in the micro-mobility sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the EMEA region.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including creating and managing employee files and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
