You will make a decisive contribution to the success of our company by helping to develop our content strategy - by placing the right strategic messages in the Vienna proposal.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Political Science, Public Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Native verbal and written communication skills in German.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of effectively presenting to groups verbally and via written material (emails, briefs, proposals, etc.). Other language skills are a plus.
    • 2-4 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales will be valued.
    • Background in mobility and sustainability will be desirable.
    • Excellent organizer and project manager.
    • Willingness/ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

    • Draft content and project manage the Vienna RFP application and other external-facing documents to help Superpedestrian win the Vienna tender.
    • Reporting to the Proposals Director, you will set out the process/planning for the Vienna tender in such a way that it allows the necessary strategy/win conversations to take place so that the required stakeholders review them.
    • Work closely and coordinate input from team members on Policy, Communications, Operations, Legal, Product and other teams.
    • Build a tender plan, and provide response allocations and timelines to respond.
    • Support content development and audit the contributions to deliver a complete and winning response.
    • Own your work from start to finish; able to work independently while also supporting the greater team.
Superpedestrian actively encourages applicants of all backgrounds. If you think you meet most of the requirements, but not every single point on the job description, please apply! We’d love to have a chat and see if you'd be a great addition to our team.
