About the Role:
Superstate is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Office Support Coordinator to join our New York office. In this hybrid role, you will dedicate 90% of your time to supporting marketing initiatives and 10% to ensuring smooth office operations. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be involved in campaign research, event planning, product marketing, sales enablement, social media management, press pitching, and digital strategy support.

Additionally, you will assit in managing various office tasks such as handling mail, maintaining supplies, and planning in-office events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and eager to collaborate. A genuine interest in understanding and mastering our product range is essential, as is aligning with Superstate’s core values of intelligence, diligence, integrity, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Marketing Coordination (90%):
    • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including product releases and client and partnership announcements
    • Assist in writing, editing, and overseeing the production of various content formats such as blog posts, social media posts, emails, sales enablement copy, and event marketing materials
    • Assist in planning and execution of our owned events: research and price venues, create budgets, coordinate logistics, prep the bizdev team, and manage on-site execution
    • Handle participation in external conferences/events: book travel, purchase passes, and pitch team members as speakers
    • Collaborate with the product team on marketing strategies and supportive materials 
    • Work with the BizDev team on sales enablement materials and client retention strategies to enhance the sales cycle journey
    • Manage social media accounts, including posting, reposting and engaging with followers; create posts for press coverage and company announcements
    • Employ effective distribution strategies to maximize content reach and impact
    • Monitor weekly press coverage, identify opportunities, and perform daily sweeps for quotes and mentions to keep the press channel updated
    • Own and maintain the weekly stats/performance tracker
    • Office Management (10%):
    • Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies and manage inventory
    • Coordinate with IT for office technology needs and troubleshooting; manage office software and hardware requirements
    • Assist in planning and executing offsite and in-office events, such as poker nights and policy hosting
    • Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues
    • Support the onboarding process for new employees
    • Proactively assess and improve ongoing office operations needs as the company expands
    • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

    • Must be based in New York City (this is an in-office role)
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
    • 1-2+ years of experience in a marketing or similar business roles
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Experience with marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, content management systems, customer relationship management systems, and analytics software
    • Familiarity with the traditional capital marketers/asset management space a must
    • Familiarity with blockchain technology/DeFi preferred
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Desire/motivation/satisfaction supporting team members with in-office needs

$65,000 - $75,000 a year
Based on skills and expertise.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and Superstate will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Applicants must be willing to live in New York City or surrounding areas and work in the office 3-4 days a week.
