We are looking for a Technical Support with experience in supporting US Automotive or US Auto Parts industry.

What does a day in the life as a Automotive Technical Support ((US Automotive) look like?

    • First line of the support team helping clients with technical support, onboarding and training
    • Receive and answer inquiries by providing information and guidance
    • Work with the team and clients to offer alternatives to irresolvable problems
    • Provide support by training on current or new initiatives being introduced
    • Maintain and enhance relationships with members and existing clients
    • Committed to service excellence
    • Performing other duties as assigned and /or required.
    • Expresses ideas and suggestions in support of the team’s success
    • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients in a consultative manner
    • Solicits and readily accepts constructive feedback
    • Sees tasks through to completion and offers support as needed
    • Eager to learn new systems and processes
    • Ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
    • Demonstrates high attention to detail and thorough review of one’s work with a focus on Quality  
    • Understands the value of workflows, efficiency, and accuracy when processing repetitive operational tasks with high accountability
    • Solutions-focused, viewing challenges as an opportunity to resolve problems and work through them

What are the required qualifications of a Technical Support (US Automotive)?

    • Minimum 6 months experience in technical support/training environment or related in the US Automotive or US Auto Parts industry
    • Strong communicator and customer service with the ability to build lasting relationships, interpersonal, and influencing skills
    • Strong initiative and outstanding work ethic
    • Ability to interact professionally with various levels
    • Good understanding of general software concepts
    • Committed to learning and pursuing personal development
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Nice-to-have qualifications

    • Understanding of HTML and JavaScript
    • Experience working with Google Analytics
    • Experience providing virtual training sessions
    • Experience in FreshDesk Ticketing Tool
