This is an onsite position at The Hideout, Clark, Pampanga.

What does a day in the life of a Compliance Associate look like?

    • Up to date with relevant licensing and regulatory obligations to design and implement necessary and practical processes and policies for compliance.
    • Fulfills necessary works for regulatory and licensing-related inspections. 
    • Executes the compliance framework and accompanying policies guided by relevant regulatory requirements 
    • Disseminates and maintains relevant policies and procedures related to compliance activities to facilitate requirements and regulatory compliance.
    • Implements and sustains the necessary internal compliance guidelines to support the overall objectives set for services expected by Management and the company's clients.
    • Advises stakeholders' policies, processes, and guidelines that can impact services provided by the company to its clients. 
    • Understands, updates, and facilitates new/updated regulatory requirements for compliance
    • Conducts Pre-audit checks during and post-license audit to meet regulatory requirements

What are the required qualifications of a Compliance Associate?

    • Graduate of a 4-year degree course in Accounting, Business Administration, Political Science, Legal Management, or any other related field
    • Has 1-2 years of experience in the mentioned field or similar
    • Has a background in working or transacting with PEZA, BOI and other IPA's
    • Has a good comprehension and is keen on details
    • Good verbal and written business communication skills especially in dealing with various clients and other stakeholders
    • Possesses basic skills in MS tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Vision, etc.) and other applications that may be used from time to time
    • Knowledgeable of laws and regulations governing PEZA compliance (TIMTA, etc.)
    • Experience in data entry and record-keeping
    • Solid understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations
    • Amenable to work onsite at The Hideout, Clark, Pampanga.
    • Day Shift: 9am-6pm PH Time
