The Sales Coach will be responsible for driving sales teams to produce high-quality sales. This position will leverage sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority, build a customer service-centric sales culture in collaboration with leadership and clients.

What does a day in the life as a Sales Coach look like?

    • Set sales targets, track progress and report results
    • Act as a consultant to employees and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
    • Onboard and train new employees
    • Identify individual and team training needs
    • Develop educational materials, including presentations, sales scripts, case studies, role-playing and job simulation activities
    • Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers and instructors
    • Audit sales interactions and provide meaningful on-the-fly feedback
    • Evaluate employees’ performance after each training
    • Circulate best practices in selling, upselling, cross-selling and objection-handling
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures
    • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
    • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
    • Collaborate with other departments as needed
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times ●
    • Perform other duties as assigned 

What are the required qualifications for a Sales Coach?

    • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience in a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to motivate and drive results
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
