Applicants must have State Health Insurance License (active) in one or more of the following states: Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming

What does a day in the life of a Licensed Health Insurance Representative look like?

    • Assist customers in understanding their health insurance options, coverage, and benefits
    • Provide personalized guidance to customers, helping them choose the most suitable health insurance plans based on their needs
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
    • Collaborate with customers to complete enrollment processes, applications, and documentation accurately
    • Identify opportunities for customer retention and upselling of additional insurance products or services
    • Collaborates with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues
    • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
    • Adheres to company policies and procedures
    • Meets or exceeds performance targets for related KPI’s 
    • Performs other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications for a Licensed Health Insurance Representative?

    • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
    • Must have State Health Insurance License (active) in one or more of the following states: Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming
    • State Life Insurance License preferred (active)
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Previous health insurance sales or sales representative experience
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
    • Must be able to meet the equipment requirements for work at home setup
$20 - $20 an hour
