If you want to:

    • Enhance business performance: Focus on improving key business metrics such as activation and engagement rates, revenue from renewals, cross-selling, and upgrades, by effectively communicating through our in-app, push, and email channels.
    • Improve communication: Conduct A/B tests, refine existing communication strategies, and experiment with new approaches to enhance customer retention and revenue.
    • Increase customer engagement: Implement proactive communication strategies to inform users about new features, provide relevant information about services, and foster trust.
    • Prioritize customer advocacy: Ensure that outbound communication across various products and channels is relevant and well-articulated.
    • Foster team growth: Take on a leadership role in mentoring and providing feedback to the custom lifecycle marketing team.
    • Leverage customer insights: Collaborate with user research, data analysis, product development, and marketing teams to understand client segments and their needs, and apply these insights to optimize communication strategies.

And you can check off:

    • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, and/or growth marketing, of which at least 2 years expertise in mobile channels (push and in-app notifications);
    • Cross-team collaboration: You know you can't do this job alone, and that partnering across technical and business functions to produce holistic customer journeys is essential;
    • Results-oriented attitude: every project you initiate has a clear goal and purpose. You pride yourself on trying things quickly, learning and iterating, and then either pivoting or scaling;
    • Sharp judgment: you're comfortable making messaging and design suggestions to ensure our customers receive high quality and relevant content;
    • An eye for good copywriting: You understand how writing impacts decision making and can draft compelling and clear messages;
    • Analytical mindset: you tackle complex problems with systems thinking, you love digging into data and research findings, and can communicate your ideas with structured thinking.

Bonus points if you:

    • Have previous work experience with Iterable, Braze or similar automation platforms.
    • Have previous experience of work with SaaS products (both, B2C or B2B).
