Join our Online Reputation team as a Junior Online Reputation Specialist! If you're ready to take on a dynamic role, guarding the Surfshark brand’s online reputation and engaging with users on social media, mitigating potential crises, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this opportunity is for you, so read along!
If you want to:
- Respond to user comments and inquiries on Surfshark’s social media channels and review platforms;
- Help the team handle sensitive situations online and prevent them from escalating into communication crises;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to dig into the core of complex issues and come up with the best solutions;
- Collect and analyze online sentiment-related data;
- Contribute to the development of Surfshark’s online reputation management processes.
And you can check off:
- 1+ years of experience working in the field of PR, social media, community management, or communication and support;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Tech-savviness and ability to learn quickly, enabling you to understand Surfshark’s products, engage in constructive discussions with users, and address their issues on social media;
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage potentially sensitive situations;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;
- Excellent English language skills are a must for this position – it will be your main working language;
- Possibility to work evening shifts (5 PM – 1 AM) on a rotating schedule.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in online reputation management or a similar role;
- Good understanding of Reddit and X platforms.
