Could you say you're so deep into social media platforms that you can create viral content in your sleep? Well, wake up because we have a job for you! Our Social Media team is looking for someone to craft and schedule posts, manage and grow Surfshark’s social media presence, and build a strong community. 

Making cybersecurity topics interesting and appealing to all is a tough challenge, so our Social Media team will give you extra points if you make us laugh with witty captions and hashtags. Just remember, if your content doesn't get at least a million likes, it's not worth posting (kidding... sort of). If you're ready to join the social media revolution, read along!

If you want to:

    • Plan and execute brand’s communication in social media;
    • Analyze the performance of SNS strategy and provide insights;
    • Explore and test the opportunities for communication in other SNS channels, new content formats, social media trends, technical innovations;
    • Manage the SNS content delivery process in collaboration with design and video teams;
    • Ensure that all the relevant communication material from all the marketing channels is well covered in social media;
    • Report on social media communication performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis;
    • Monitor trends and competitor activity;
    • Manage the budget for social media activities, ensuring efficient use of resources for content creation, paid advertisements, and more;
    • Ensure all social media activities comply with legal standards and maintain consistency with the brand’s voice and messaging across all platforms.

And you can check off:

    • 3+ years experience in developing and executing different social media strategies;
    • Proven experience in SNS comms via Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook;
    • Creativity and self-discipline;
    • Strong communication skills and an ability to make data-driven decisions;
    • Skills in crafting messages that are culturally relevant and respectful across diverse global audiences, enhancing brand image and market reach;
    • Proven understanding of SNS performance analytics and metrics;
    • Being up for a challenge to tailor messages for different audiences;
    • Capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and changes in social media algorithms to keep the brand's strategy ahead of the curve;
    • Sense of ownership, responsibility, and skills in planning;
    • Experience with planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across different social media platforms;
