If you want to:
- Fully own the process of recruitment (digital marketing and tech roles);
- Carry out interviews and recognize whether the candidate is a good cultural and professional fit for the company;
- Work closely with hiring managers during recruitment processes;
- Have profound knowledge of company products and recognize the specific requirements and conditions for different job positions;
- Thoroughly analyze recruitment data;
- Seek for innovative ways to improve the recruitment process;
- Establish professional relationships to build up a sizable network of potential candidates.
And you can check off:
- At least 3 years of experience working in recruitment role;
- Proven skills in stakeholder management;
- Headhunter mindset;
- Willingness to explore new processes and approaches;
- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing circumstances and work environment;
- Excellent English skills.
