If you want to:
- Manage localization projects for a global product;
- Ensure that translations are delivered on time;
- Ensure excellence in quality;
- Communicate with various localization agencies and freelancers;
- Improve and update the localization process;
- Utilize tools like Crowdin to streamline project management and execution;
- Oversee the LQA process to maintain the highest quality standards;
- Collaborate with development teams to align translation projects.

- Proven experience in project management;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English and Lithuanian;
- Proficiency in Crowdin and other relevant localization management tools would be a bonus;
- Adept at working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams;
- Attentiveness to detail;
- Willingness to accept and give feedback;
- Understanding of the web development process.
