As the Full-stack Development Team Lead in our Tools team, you’ll play a key role in shaping solutions that empower our engineering, marketing and other teams to work smarter and more effectively. With a tech stack that includes JavaScript, Python, Next.js, Jira, and GitLab, you’ll lead by example — streamlining processes, fostering innovation, and driving high standards. If you’re passionate about removing obstacles, guiding growth, and transforming complex challenges into impactful, user-friendly tools, then we’d love to see you lead the way.
If you want to:
- Empower the automation developers team by setting them up for success, providing clear guidance and expectations, and actively removing obstacles;
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement;
- Oversee sprint planning and monitor team progress to ensure team goals are achieved;
- Engage with stakeholders to discuss business solutions and suggest alternatives;
- Participate in the hiring of new talent and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, and off-boarding;
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and ensure best practices are followed.

- Proven experience leading a team of software engineers or cross-functional teams;
- Background in software development and/or deep understanding of SDLC and best software engineering practices;
- Strong leadership and communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration;
- Ability to align with stakeholders and clarify task requirements;
- Well-developed soft skills, including empathy, a coaching mindset, sound decision-making, adaptability, and the ability to foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
