We’re launching an internal incubator built for those who thrive on building something from scratch. This small, autonomous team will focus on creating a new security product with the freedom to move fast, test bold ideas, and challenge the status quo.

If you want to:
- Lead the design process from product concept to launch, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience throughout the app;
- Turn broad and complex ideas into clear and intuitive prototypes;
- Work closely with software developers and iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business goals, and technical constraints;
- Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product;
- Give and receive thoughtful, constructive feedback that raises the bar for the whole team.
And you can check off:
- Proven experience in product design (UX/UI), with a strong portfolio showcasing successful mobile app projects;
- Experience in the discovery phase of product design (e.g., journey mapping, UX audits, problem framing, stakeholder interviews);
- Proficiency in Figma;
- Strong communication skills – you can clearly articulate your ideas and design rationale to stakeholders;
- Interest in both qualitative and quantitative user research;
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges with a user-centric mindset;
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility;
- A collaborative mindset – you enjoy working with product, engineering, marketing, and research to bring great ideas to life.
