You will have the opportunity to play a key role in driving the ideation, production, and performance of top-tier marketing content, ensuring every aspect aligns with mobile player needs and business goals.
You will work closely with Growth, Product, Game Development and Game Art teams, fostering collaboration to create games that entertain millions of players worldwide.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute creative strategies from concept to production for user acquisition.
- Produce video ads, playable creatives, and social content tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate closely with the User Acquisition team to transform data-driven insights and audience behavior into impactful creative concepts that boost ad performance and drive engagement.
- Analyze top-performing creatives to understand what drives success, and share actionable insights to elevate future campaigns.
- Leverage AI-driven creative tools to automate repetitive tasks, increase production efficiency, and scale winning content.
- Analyze creative performance using data and iterate to optimize engagement and ROI.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and viral content across platforms to spark innovative, data-informed ideas that inspire the team and push creative boundaries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative marketing in the mobile gaming industry.
- Experience in creative production for high-performing advertising campaigns across various channels. (Applovin, Google, Meta, TikTok etc.).
- Solid understanding of player behaviour, market trends, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with creative tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Unity and 3D knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail to think big while managing creative execution details.
- Proven success in shipping multiple games with a strong track record.
- Open communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Deep enthusiasm for delivering world-class results in the gaming industry.
- Comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques.
- University degree in Game Design & Art or related field.
