    • Are you passionate about steering the course of information security governance? Swile is seeking a proactive IT Risk & Governance Senior Manager to join our Information Security team and play a pivotal role in shaping our security landscape.

      Here's a glimpse of what's in store:
    • Developing and executing our information security risk assessment strategy with precision.
    • Coordinating enterprise-wide risk assessments and guiding mitigation plans.
    • Offering insights on security control recommendations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Enhancing our Security Policies and Standards to align with industry best practices.
    • Presenting concise reports on information security risk activities to our leadership.
    • Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders on compliance and audits.
    • Supporting the evolution of our third-party security vendor risk management programs.
    • Keeping a watchful eye on the Cybersecurity Threat & Risk landscape and addressing key cybersecurity gaps.

✨It will be a perfect match if you have

    • Over 7 years of experience in information security in general.
    • Experience performing audits and certifications (ITGC, PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SOC2...)
    • Experience in Risk Management, Operational Resiliency and Crisis Management.
    • Familiarity with security frameworks, controls, tools and processes.
    • Professional background in a technology-focused company.
    • Strong documentation skills and a knack for process optimization.
    • Past experience writing, approving and answering RFP Questionnaires.
    • Clear communication skills to convey technical issues with ease and rally teams towards a shared objective.
    • Past experience working across various security domains (SOC / Blue or Purple Team, incident-response, ...)
