What We’re Looking For:

    • 3+ years experience of full life-cycle recruiting. Ideally, you have both agency experience (hustle) and in-house startup experience (know-how).
    • You're a chameleon who can adapt on the fly. 
    • You thrive in ambiguous situations. 


    • 1-(wo)man show: As the sole recruiter you'll play the role of sourcer, coordinator, recruiter, and, of course, closer.  
    • Working with stakeholders to understand business needs. 
    • Blue ocean, green grass — you get it, the majority of these roles will be in uncharted territory. You'll be tasked with figuring out who the best are and getting them in the door.
    • Writing these things. 


    • Domain expertise: Consumer-mobile apps and the technologies involved in building them.
    • Superb communication skills.
    • Experience recruiting highly-sought after, top-caliber technical talent.
