What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience of full life-cycle recruiting. Ideally, you have both agency experience (hustle) and in-house startup experience (know-how).
- You're a chameleon who can adapt on the fly.
- You thrive in ambiguous situations.
- 1-(wo)man show: As the sole recruiter you'll play the role of sourcer, coordinator, recruiter, and, of course, closer.
- Working with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Blue ocean, green grass — you get it, the majority of these roles will be in uncharted territory. You'll be tasked with figuring out who the best are and getting them in the door.
- Writing these things.
- Domain expertise: Consumer-mobile apps and the technologies involved in building them.
- Superb communication skills.
- Experience recruiting highly-sought after, top-caliber technical talent.
