    • Gather, synthesize, and create compelling stories around rigorous research from a wide variety of sources: qualitative and quantitative, syndicated and primary, interviews with internal and external stakeholders, analytics and data sources
    • Partner with the Swirl Product team to design and evolve clients’ physical/digital products in ways that drive user and business objectives
    • Use discovery-driven planning and financial modeling to explore potential business models behind our concepts and to shape and influence their design
    • Develop business cases behind concepts and designs, to orient organizations towards finding top-line growth and profitability
    • Help clients develop new growth options within existing brands and experiences
    • Design compelling value propositions for customers and consumers
    • Ensure the presence of the voice of the customer is present throughout the planning and development lifecycle
    • Contribute to the product strategy practice at Swirl, continually improving our processes and products, raising its profile within the agency and beyond
    • Act as a bridge to other strategic disciplines at Swirl, working with brand strategy, communications strategy, and content strategy and to the wider Swirl marketing, design, and technology teams
