We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Supervisor with experience managing integrated campaigns - with an emphasis on print and digital in-store experiences - to oversee a large telecomm account. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing all cycles of the client’s business—including project planning/forecasting, partnering with creative teams, overseeing development of material alongside production, and managing finances. Most notably, this role will be responsible for seamlessly managing the large scale in-store experience/display initiatives, and will be key in developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the account’s more senior clients. The role reports directly to the Management Supervisor and should be comfortable working efficiently on a large team and independently, while continuing to aid in the positive experience expected by clients.
-Develop detailed and accurate SOW proposals and estimates for clients and projects.
-Focus the efforts of agency personnel so that projects are completed as proposed – on time, on strategy, and within budget.
-Understand client’s overall business and industry landscape, including current and future business objectives and goals.
-Engage daily with clients to ensure the highest level of support.
-Ensure all Account and Project Management communications (status reports, conference reports, etc.) are executed and delivered internally and externally as appropriate.
-Draft initial briefs with clear objectives, goals, budgets and parameters previously established with the client.-
-Work efficiently at the epicenter of Strategy, Creative, and Production to ensure all projects are executed successfully; develop rapport with internal teams.
-Oversee client’s budget, reconciling hours and invoicing to ensure timely processing.
-Reconcile hours upon completion of projects managing Swirl time against established fee and hard-cost budgets to ensure profitability.
-Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technology, particularly as they pertain to client business, sharing knowledge with internal teams and clients.
-Provide mentorship to junior account team; lead by example.
We’re looking for people with:
-5+ years account/client management experience in agency or on client-side.
-Strong command of MS Office Suite.
-Strong background in integrated campaign management; retail and in-store experiences preferred.
-Ability to work well on a team and independently.
-Well-organized, efficient verbal/written communicator and proactive leader.
-Embracing of process, but also comfortable working in highly flexible, entrepreneurial environments
